“Renée Sills’ guidance as a yoga instructor has greatly deepened my practice. Not only does her knowledge of anatomy allow for a profound physical practice, her fluency with the deeper branches of the yogic tradition has opened me to ever subtler layers of inner awareness. Her commitment to her own practice within and without the studio has encouraged me to live the changes that happen in my body through practice outwardly in the world. The result is balance and grace within myself, which extends to my relationships with others, and to the planet as a whole. I am so grateful to have spent time with Renée, and encourage anyone to invest time with her in daily practice or within the context of workshops. Thank you, Renée, for sharing your practice and yourself with us at Moksha Yoga Montreal.” Rea Nolan
“I believe your genuine belief, engagement, passion, integrity and honesty towards a balanced yoga practice is what struck me the most. There seems to be a definite sense of service, commitment and stewardship in your pedagogical approach which lends itself to meaningful learning.” Lisa Graves
“The Ashtanga Workshop was really … different. Instead of the usual painstaking long lectures and impenetrable moves, the class was really mild yet assertive in that everything flowed together and fit together exceptionally. It was great for those of us who always heard of this formidable “Ashtanga” yet never had the chance to experience it. It definitely was a must and an enjoyable one too as yoga actually is extremely wide ranged. Many don’t even know that but hopefully with workshops like these they will get the “taste” of more and develop an insatiable hunger for yoga from then on.” Kevin Assam
“I have been meaning to write you to let you know how much I enjoyed your ASHTANGA and ACROYOGA workshops in Trinidad in March 2009. Fantastic experiences! You were an energetic, warm and inspiring teacher. You gave us the confidence to explore and reach our full potential. What tremendously positive energy! For me the highlight was the Acroyoga workshop. After 3 hours of a grueling work I remember thinking sadly … “I don’t want this to end ” … Thanks for making a such a positive impact on my practice!” Joanne D’Abadie
